INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Continental Brno s.r.o., Kounicova 680/6, 602 00 Brno, ID No.: 08612129, VAT No.: CZ08612129, as the data controller, hereby, in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR Regulation"), informs that it processes personal data of data subjects (guest, customer, etc.) obtained directly from the data subject or from reservation systems (online reservation portals, etc.) for the following purposes:
a) For the purpose of booking and ensuring accommodation, identification data (name, surname, date of birth, nationality, identity document number, length of stay) are kept in the guest book and in the controller's information system, and in the case of foreign nationals, may be provided to the Alien Police; personal data are processed for the period stipulated by legal regulations.
b) For the purpose of issuing accounting and tax documents in the fulfillment of the controller's legal obligations, identification data (name, surname, date of birth, address, registered office, ID No., VAT No.) are kept in the controller's information system; personal data are processed only by the controller for the period stipulated by legal regulations.
c) For the purpose of protecting the controller's property and the safety of persons, video recordings from the camera system are kept in the controller's information system; personal data are processed only by the controller for the necessary period determined by the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Instructions for the data subject:
The data subject has the right to request from the controller information about what personal data are processed about him/her, access to his/her personal data, their rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing, and to object to the processing, has the right to data portability to another controller, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if he/she considers that the Controller in processing personal data proceeds in violation of the Regulation.
